[Dev] Major UI and Logic Separation is Underway...

That’s right, for the sake of better maintenance, separating UI elements and logic is very important.

Currently, both StableWiki Engine and Parliame.com do not strictly or, for the latter, merely follow the rules because of prioritizing rapid prototyping and dev just want to see the real results quickly 😂 but now, I think it is time to implement the rule to those projects so that these projects can be used not just by me but also by anyone who wants to contribute and support the projects.

So, here is the plan.
